Zoe

While completing a demanding pre-medical curriculum at Duke, Z coached a youth basketball team, led the university’s tour guide program, and served on the executive board of the Biology Department Cultural Union. They also received the Pursuing Purpose Fellowship from the Duke Kenan Institute for Ethics. After graduating, Z worked for the Phluid Foundation, supporting grassroots organizations serving the transgender community, as well as for FIFA during the 2023 Women’s World Cup and on a farm in New Zealand. In their free time, Z enjoys hiking, playing drums, and discovering new music.
